As a mechanical technician apprentice with a renowned prestige car brand, you will have the opportunity to develop highly skilled technical expertise in an automotive environment.

About the Role:
  • Perform routine servicing tasks on light vehicles
  • Assist experienced technicians as needed
  • Maintain working areas and equipment
  • Operate electrical test equipment to diagnose and repair issues
  • Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment to meet BMW standards
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex automotive electrical systems and components
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a genuine passion for the automotive industry and a desire to become a highly skilled technician
  • Commit to completing the apprenticeship program, including both practical studies at TAFE and on-the-job training
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and enthusiasm, along with a strong work ethic and 'can-do' attitude
  • Exhibit honesty, trustworthiness, and punctuality
  • Hold a current driver's license or be near obtaining one
  • Possess a Certificate II in Automotive or have demonstrated relevant experience
