Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional to join our team at Luxottica. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning
- Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles
