Job Opportunity: Graduate Occupational Therapist

We are seeking passionate and skilled Graduate Occupational Therapists to join our industry-leading program.

You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop your clinical expertise in diverse environments, from clients' homes to day centres, parks and our clinic rooms.

As an OT in our team, you will work with a committed multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for your clients, aged 6 to 65, with a range of conditions, including neurological conditions, ASD and psychosocial.

Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans. Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

We offer a comprehensive introduction to community practice and life at our organisation. You'll be surrounded by colleagues who support you through challenges, including a buddy from last year's graduate cohort to answer questions and provide guidance.

Mentorship by a discipline-specific supervisor to help you navigate all areas of working with us. Ongoing training and upskilling to set you up for the rest of the program and your future career.
