Job Description

The role of a Senior Clinician involves providing high-level clinical expertise to individuals in complex, high-risk situations. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering interventions to promote positive change.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Advanced knowledge of theoretical frameworks underpinning assessment and treatment, including Risk-Needs-Responsivity principles.
  • Significant experience in applying evidence-based psychometric and structured professional judgement tools in justice settings.
  • Strong understanding of treatment modalities for complex populations, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Trauma Informed Care.
