We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team.
This is a full-time or part-time position that offers flexibility to match your lifestyle and career goals, allowing you to provide rehabilitation services in a community setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based clinical care in the community, focusing on rehabilitation in the home and hospital substitution programs to enhance client outcomes.
- Deliver targeted occupational therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs, tailoring interventions to meet individual requirements.
- Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals and promote independence.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal client outcomes through effective communication and coordination.
- Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor to ensure continuous professional development.
- Preferred: Community or hospital OT experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Qualifications: Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration, demonstrating expertise in the field.
- Requirement: Valid driver's licence, insured vehicle to facilitate timely client visits.
