About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding and Access Systems Coordinator to join our team. As a Site Supervisor – Remedial, you will oversee the planning and delivery of scaffolding and access systems for complex remedial works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily scaffolding and site operations, promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolds in line with engineering designs and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate access solutions for remedial works such as concrete repairs, steel repairs, and protective coatings.
  • Mentor scaffold crews and subcontractors to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Organize labour, plant, equipment, and materials for project execution.
  • Conduct safety prestarts, toolbox talks, and regular site inspections.
  • Document site records, progress reports, and scaffold handovers.
  • Liaise with Project Engineers, clients, and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in scaffolding and access systems coordination.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with engineering designs and safety protocols.
