Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Margaret River, WA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing your team, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of up to 20 team members, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Drive the Ghanda values with your store team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation, adhering to our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
- Liaise with our Stock Allocator to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store, maximizing return on floor space.
- Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance.
We are looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading from the front and empowering their team.
- A customer-focused approach, with a strong understanding of retail fundamentals and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, although this is not a requirement - we value the right attitude and approach over experience.
