Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our expanding team in Western Australia. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, achieving sales and profit targets, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and store maintenance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
