Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the first point of contact in emergency situations.
  • Determine and record the scope of work for each project.
  • Coordinate water extraction, drying plans, and documentation operations.
  • Manage fire/smoke services including deodorization, pack-outs, and securing structures.
  • Oversee mold remediation, demolition, and cleaning activities.
  • Clean carpets and furniture upholstery.
  • Maintain equipment and track expendables.
  • Communicate with management, customers, and adjusters.
  • Train and supervise technicians and assistant technicians.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Copy of current driving history.
  • IICRC certifications: Water Restoration Technician, ASD, Fire & Smoke Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet & Upholstery Technician.
