Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Emergency Services Specialist to join our National Response Centre business.

This role involves delivering an exceptional response experience, providing critical services to communities in various industries, including water and energy providers.

  • Capture accurate and timely call-related information
  • Enter all received information into relevant systems for use by a Dispatcher
  • Process updates and further information regarding an event status
  • Manage customer enquiries relating to inbound safety and welfare monitoring service calls, emergency, non-emergency, and fault calls
  • Provide excellent customer experiences
  • Dispatch service orders within regulatory and contractual timeframes
Your Key Responsibilities

This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Facilitate rotating shifts between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays
  • High proficiency in data collection and recording
  • Able to obtain and relay information correctly
  • Competent working with computers across multiple CRM applications and standard Microsoft suite of products simultaneously
