Lead a Team of Professionals

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Roadside and Drainage team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for high-quality work.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for directing and inspiring our team in delivering safe and sustainable works for civil construction and maintenance projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively lead, direct, monitor, and mentor the team
  • Undertake routine inspections and schedule maintenance tasks of piped and open drainage systems, guide posts, culverts, and chemical spraying on local roads

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as relevant certifications such as ChemCert and Traffic Controller.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent experience. A willingness to obtain relevant certifications is also required.
