Job Description

This role involves providing support to the Geology team at Tropicana Gold Mine, focusing on tasks related to open pit operations and field quality control mass balance test work programs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for core yard duties, including orientation, mag-sus, SG, hardness testing, photography, and sample preparation.

The ideal candidate should have experience in core yard activities, exposure to an open pit mining environment, and familiarity with computer systems, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows programs. Effective written and oral communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to safety and the ability to develop and maintain working relationships across various teams.

This is a permanent position based at the Tropicana Gold Mine on an 8/6 FIFO roster, with direct flights to our sites from Perth and Kalgoorlie. Required Skills and Qualifications
