Compensation:

$55-$190 PH

Position Overview:
Care Connect Staffing is in search of committed and empathetic Registered Nurses to deliver outstanding care in aged care facilities throughout Sydney. We value individuals who are passionate about supporting the elderly and possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia.

Key Duties:
  • Oversee the Care assistants and Medication Endorsers responsible for administering daily medications and assisting residents with personal care.
  • Administer medications, including controlled substances and Insulin.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for residents.
  • Engage with family members and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support.
  • Offer guidance and education to residents and their families regarding care plans.

Qualifications:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
  • Experience working with elderly populations is highly preferred.
  • Strong clinical competencies and a dedication to delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Availability to commit to 3 shifts per week.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
