Expert Farm Operations Specialist

As a seasoned farm professional, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring animal welfare, and driving efficiency on our farms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Farm Manager to develop and implement strategic plans for farm activities, livestock, and pasture management.
- Providing expert guidance on grazing management practices, feeding, health, and care of livestock.
- Monitoring and maintaining electronic dairy systems and data management processes.
- Ensuring compliance with machinery upkeep schedules and performing routine farm maintenance tasks.
- Participating in on-site and off-site training programs to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in farm management or relevant farming roles.
- Strong understanding of pasture management techniques, livestock care, and electronic dairy systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances.
