About this role:

As a childcare professional, you will be part of our administration team. Your primary focus will be on managing enrolments and account inquiries through our software.

You will interact directly with families and operational teams to provide solutions that support the care and well-being of children. Our out-of-school-hours services cater to over 6000 families across 50 locations in NSW, making this a fast-paced environment requiring excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

About your skills:

  • Experience in managing bookings/enrolments in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients in non-facing roles.
  • Continuous learning and adaptability.
  • Collaborative working style and effective relationships with operational staff.
