We are seeking a dynamic and driven Early Careers Business Partner to champion our commitment to being a learning organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver impactful early careers initiatives that empower individuals and strengthen our community.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and managing early careers programs, as well as passion for talent development and creating opportunities for young people.
Essential Qualifications and Experience- Degree qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Solid work experience in a similar position with exposure in developing, coordinating and overseeing early career programs to support complex work environments.
The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced communication and interpersonal skills, including problem-solving skills aligned with organisational values.
Benefits- Entry level for this position starts at $2,165.24 per week.
- 35-hour working week.
- Car allowance.
- Opportunity to participate in Council's flextime arrangement.
