Our retail stores in Cessnock are seeking skilled sales team members who love retail, challenges, and making a difference. As a sales assistant you will:

  • Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
  • Collecting, sorting and pricing donations in store;
  • Assist in the development and coordination visual merchandising and store presentation;
  • Provide exceptional customer service;
  • Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure.

You will be a high energy, hands-on individual with strong interpersonal skills. Solid technical skills are highly regarded. Previous experience in retail sales is not essential, but passion and ability to deliver outstanding results in a complex and rewarding retail environment are crucial.

We have a dedicated team of professionals who raise funds to help us provide over one million sessions of care to disadvantaged Australians each year through our extensive network of retail stores, as well as online.
