Overview

JAG Boutique in Kotara is seeking a dynamic sales team member to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve store targets and maintain high standards of store presentation.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent customer service skills, preferably in a retail environment. A natural brand ambassador with the ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships is essential. Strong passion for fashion, styling, and current industry trends, along with teamwork and collaboration skills, are also required. Additionally, you should be goal-oriented and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain impeccable personal presentation.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer-focused service, striving to meet store and individual productivity targets, becoming an expert in product knowledge, fabrications, and personal styling, and staying informed about the latest products.
