General Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer and staff satisfaction. They will maintain and manage administrative tasks, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines. Additionally, they will lead, mentor, and develop a professional team focused on excellent service in all departments.

  • Develop marketing initiatives that align with the venue's identity and target audience
  • Foster strong relationships with guests and the local community
  • Uphold venue cleanliness and quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Financial expertise in budgeting and revenue management, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with hospitality management software and booking systems, with ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
