Your Role

As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you will partner with stakeholders and employees to deliver employee engagement initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

This role plays a crucial part in supporting Scope's culture transformation by implementing our Reward & Recognition Plan across the organisation.

You will lead end-to-end program initiatives, manage stakeholder engagement, and identify strategies to improve the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and embed Scope's Reward & Recognition Plan, involving new initiatives and expanding current programs.
  • Lead programme initiatives, including planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Continuously identify and build on strategies to enhance the employee experience.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  • A similar role or function delivering employee engagement initiatives across a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships.

What We Offer

In this role, you can expect a salary range of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
