Senior Solution Consultant

The Senior Solution Consultant plays a senior role in providing solution leadership through consulting engagements, bringing subject matter expertise to client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing solutions that meet customer requirements using best-of-breed technologies and methodologies.
  • Translating business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and statements of work.
  • Providing delivery engagement advice, high-level designs, and detailed designs.
  • Assisting or providing quality oversight at various points throughout a project lifecycle.
  • Developing solution proposals and cost models for projects, including software, support/maintenance, and services.

To be successful, the Senior Solution Consultant must have proven experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle, including multi-phase, multi-dimensional, and multi-resource projects. They must maintain high customer satisfaction while working with Service line directors, project managers, and their teams to finalize estimations and proposal content.
