About the Role

The People and Culture Advisor will partner with managers across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, and Far South regions to provide support and advice on all aspects of people, culture, and safety. This is a broad and varied role that requires a confident and empathetic approach to engaging with internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects and deliverables, including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and recruitment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a generalist HR knowledge and experience, as well as a confident and kind approach to engaging with internal stakeholders. You will be a champion of culture and will clearly display how your approach ensures people can bring their whole authentic selves to work. You will also be equipped with the skills to manage multiple projects and deliverables across all facets of people, culture, and safety.
