Aboriginal Health Coordinator

This position is focused on promoting culturally safe health services and coordinating programs that cater to the unique needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with community members, healthcare professionals, and staff to develop and implement strategies that improve health outcomes and promote cultural sensitivity.
Your role will involve:
- Coordinating case conferences and preparing reports to ensure timely and effective decision-making.
- Advocating for patients and their families to ensure they receive the support and care they need.
- Mentoring staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in working with diverse communities.
- Collaborating with community members and healthcare professionals to design and deliver programs that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
