Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you'll be the face of our restaurant, interacting with customers, taking orders, and preparing food to our high standards. You'll have the opportunity to learn various roles within the team and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Prepare and cook food to our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments
  • Restock supplies, maintain inventory, and perform basic food preparation tasks
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, such as hospitality or retail, is an asset
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Responsible Serving of Alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain)
