This position involves leading a collaborative project to enhance recruitment and retention of the allied health workforce in the Loddon Mallee Region, including enhanced utilisation of the allied health assistant (AHA) workforce, scoping of Allied Health Rural Generalist Program or similar initiatives, optimising allied health graduate recruitment, and developing systems and resources to support AH workforce data collection/analysis.
