Job Description

The Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in shaping the narrative of our brand, creating engaging content that drives value for our communities. This includes developing and executing social media strategies to meet business objectives.

This role involves managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, analyzing performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge of influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with strong communication, creative, and storytelling skills.

  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content that aligns with our tone of voice and brand behavior.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor and analyze social media performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential qualifications include at least 2+ years of experience working in social media, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on new challenges.

Candidates must possess a creative mind, able to think of ideas that haven't been done before, as well as exceptional knowledge of influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Additional Information

Applicants should be agile in their approach to work and able to pivot easily. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or a related field is preferred but not required.
