Store Business Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Business Leader to lead our store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a Store Business Leader, you will be responsible for developing a strong understanding of your store team, providing coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success. You will also lead from the front in workplace health and safety and ensure the effective operation of your store to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a large successful team in-store
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profit growth
  3. Manage expense levels effectively
  4. Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members

About You:

  • Previous experience in a senior retail management role with a large successful team (30+ staff)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Flexible availability across a span of hours
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and KPIs
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
