Interior Design Sessional Teaching Opportunities

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals to join our team as sessional teachers in the Interior Design discipline. As a sessional teacher, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of our undergraduate and postgraduate programs, working with students and staff to provide high-quality learning experiences.

  • Teaching opportunities are available in various content areas, including the Bachelor of Interior Design (Honours) and the Master of Interior Design.
  • As a sessional teacher, you will be responsible for delivering lectures, tutorials, and workshops, as well as assessing student work and providing feedback.

Our Interior Design discipline is committed to innovation and excellence in design education and research. We seek expressions of interest from interior designers, architects, and other spatial or design-related fields with an established or emerging body of innovative and experimental design work.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Relevant qualifications or industry equivalency
  • A strong track record of teaching and academic experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
