Compassionate Care Support

As a dedicated support worker, you will provide personalized care and assistance to residents in our Residential Care Home. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive high-quality support and care.

About the Role:
  • Deliver direct client services to residents, including daily living activities, personal care, and emotional support.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support residents' wellbeing and daily needs.
  • Contribute to a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where residents can thrive.
Requirements:
  • Completed Certificate III qualification relevant to the position.
  • Proven experience in exercising judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
  • Experience in providing direct care services in a health-related field.
  • Experience in dealing with aged, frail, or disabled persons.
  • Experience in using computer software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
