Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage a team of Security Analysts and/or Security Engineers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes and contributing to the growth and development of their career as a cyber security expert.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct, coach, and develop high-performing teams to enhance learning, growth, and capability enhancement.
  • Provide comprehensive leadership support to operational staff in their daily tasks.
  • Manage the team roster to ensure adequate coverage across customer accounts.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments and continuously seek opportunities to add value.

About You:

  • Experience in coaching or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of IT security operations in large or complex organizations.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
