Senior Strategic Consultant
About the Role:
- This role is responsible for spearheading innovative fiscal reform initiatives and providing strategic advice to ensure the sustainability of state finances.
- The team collaborates with various government agencies to optimise resource allocation and enhance service delivery efficiency by offering strategic advice, conducting project-based reviews, and developing frameworks to boost financial accountability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects that propose strategic solutions to improve resource allocation and efficiency for various government agencies.
- Analyse and evaluate government expenditure, organisational structures, and service delivery to identify fiscal sustainability and strategic reform opportunities that inform evidence-based recommendations and advice to senior executives and Government.
Requirements:
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Project management and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Experience in consulting, strategy development, financial due diligence and analysis, or program and policy evaluation.
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in economics, accounting, finance, law, business, public policy, or a related field.
