Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations across multiple sites.

About the Role: Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a high-performing team, streamline end-to-end processes, and champion a strong culture of safety and efficiency.

This role is based in Prestons, New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor warehouse teams across all sites, creating a clear vision and aligned strategy.
  • Oversee inbound, replenishment, order picking, packing, and outbound freight.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with Workplace Health and Safety standards and champion a culture of safety excellence.
  • Manage freight providers, negotiate rates, and address logistics issues to meet delivery timelines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in warehouse leadership, with strong people management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Adept at analysing operations and using systems to drive improvements and results.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes, industry standards, and financial impacts.
  • Holds at least a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety.
  • Skilled in using business systems and tools to manage inventory, workflow, and reporting.
