
Business Content Coordinator

Our team is seeking a detail-oriented Content Specialist to join our fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with content and communications, and is passionate about delivering high-quality outputs that support business growth and client engagement.
This fixed-term full-time contract will cover a parental leave period within the team. We are open to the successful candidate being based in any major Australian city.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation: Assist in editing, drafting and publishing content across services lines and sectors.
- Internal Communications: Help prepare and distribute staff communications for designated portfolios that promote team updates and celebrate success.
- Client Experience and BD Support: Assist the Business Development and client experience teams to update and develop content that supports the client journey and business development goals.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate communication activities that support client engagement and promote the firm's visibility.
- Events and Sponsorships: Support content opportunities around events and sponsorships to nurture relationships and amplify impact.
- Media Relations: Assist with media engagement efforts and identify opportunities to repurpose media content for broader marketing use.
- A strong foundation in writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail.
- Experience working with content marketing campaigns.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
- Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
