Clinical Applications Specialist - Cardiac Ultrasound NSW/ACT

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to join our team in NSW/ACT. As a key member of our Ultrasound team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering clinical support to our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical support to customers and partners throughout the entire life cycle of the relationship.
  • Work in partnership with Account Managers to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations on the Philips Ultrasound portfolio.
  • Train customers in applying optimal usage of the equipment delivered, enabling users to follow clinical procedures and protocols to achieve best practice.
  • Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Be aware and manage at all times the safety standards required by the company, including radiation protection, health and safety regulations.
  • Support product launches and advise the sales team of market feedback.
  • Keep up to date with new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment.
  • Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.
  • Support the business with input on configurations and working with the Account Manager to provide clinical feedback to assist in funnel management.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate studies in Cardiac Sonography are required as well as in-depth clinical experience within a public and/or private echocardiography department.
  • Experience with Advanced Imaging technologies or cardiac catheterization/hybrid labs highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in presentations and training or experience within a commercial environment will be highly regarded.
  • Outstanding relationship building and communication skills.
  • High levels of motivation, energy, and a drive to achieve results.
  • Desire to be in a commercially focused clinical role, partnering the business.
  • The ability to travel across ANZ if required.
