Job Description

Darwin City of Hope (DCOH) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to oversee various commercial projects across the Northern Territory.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing subcontractors and work packages on large-scale projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing assigned work packages as Package Manager, overseeing all stages from procurement to delivery
  • Assisting in procurement activities, including scope creation, quote management, and subcontractor vetting
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of drawings, scopes, briefs, and project requirements
  • Assisting project leadership with planning, scheduling, and tracking site activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Building works and managing subcontractors on commercial projects
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing tasks
  • Sound knowledge of safety and quality control requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with teams, clients, and subcontractors
