We have an exciting opportunity for a Sqw Trainee Business to join our highly-regarded team.

This traineeship program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and experience to succeed in the business sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend the workplace on all days within the required hours as agreed between SSI and the Host Employer and complete and submit accurate documentation to the SQW Program Coordinator by the timeframes designated.
  • Undertake and complete all required theory and practical assessment tasks as required under the traineeship program.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Host Employer supervisor, which includes any recording keeping and filing systems, respond to any general enquiries and telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Attend and participate in all and any group workshops, training events and/or professional development activities as directed by the SQW Program Coordinator.
  • Follow SSI and the Host Employers direction including their organization policies and procedures and workplace instructions.
  • Participate in any on-the-job training.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have completed year 10 of secondary school.
  • Genuine interest in working in a business.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
  • Positive attitude.
