We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our team at Empire Group, a boutique Commercial/Property Law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to our clients, including high net worth individuals and family groups, on complex commercial matters.
  • Lead on high-value business sale and purchase transactions, share sales and purchases, business structuring, and initial seed capital fund-raising.
  • Draft and negotiate shareholder, unitholder, and partnership agreements across various industries, including FMCG, retail, medical, and manufacturing.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including supply agreements and terms and conditions, for clients across sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, and technology.
  • Advise on tax-effective structuring, business succession, charitable giving, and complex estate planning matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial law, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
