Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia Protech Full time

Tier 1 Gold Coast Infrastructure Road Upgrade Project on Northern Gold Coast are in need of suitably experienced earthworks civil labourers and leading hands.

Project is updating of pre-existing roads and will include daily manual labouring. Applications that can demonstrate recent relevant past experience in similar roles will be looked upon favourably, such as experience on prior road infrastructure projects, road earthworks, pipe laying, civil concreting, etc

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Manual civil labouring duties
- As required operating of machines in line with competencies and qualifications
- Offering full time hours (casual) with overtime opportunities expected daily
- Labouring rates $40-43phr Day shift with additional allowances and overtime rates (when applicable)
- Leading Hand Rates from $50phr

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Road construction / earthworks civil labouring
- Safe operation of site plant
- Spotting of site machinery
- Setting up environmental controls
- Set up & and dismantle on-site equipment
- Maintain a safe & clean work environment

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Construction Safety White Card
- Valid Drivers Licence & own reliable transport
- Min 12 months exp within the Civil Industry
- RII competencies e.g. Roller, Skid Steer, etc
