Loader Operator Job Description

This position is responsible for operating a loader to transport materials and supplies. The Loader Operator will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a loader to transport materials and supplies safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect equipment regularly to prevent malfunctions and ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist the crushing plant operator with routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Develop skills through onsite training to become proficient in Telsmith crusher plant operation.
  • Perform daily safety equipment inspections and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Experience operating 980 or 988 loader or similar heavy machinery.
  • Strong mechanical skills and ability to perform basic welding tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience as a loader operator with crusher experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language proficiency.
