We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Water Infrastructure / Civil Team in Rockhampton. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of regionally significant infrastructure projects, establishing and building existing client relationships, and for the right candidate, leading people.

As a collaborative and high-performing team player, you will have the opportunity to work closely with industry-renowned peers nationally across our organisation to create whole-of-business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and complete projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.
  • Ensure all quality assurance processes are followed, delivering on time and within budget for design projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships working with various clients across a range of sectors.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and RPEQ / CPEng.
  • A future leader with an interest in succession and long-term growth within a global organisation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively at both an internal and external, client-facing level, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks within the business.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.
  • Ability to and interest in guiding and mentoring junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
