Operational Risk Management Lead

The Manager, Business Controls & Monitoring role is a key position that shapes how the business manages operational risk - incidents, assessments, audits and more. This includes being the link between business, compliance, assurance and 2nd Line partners, enjoying hybrid working flexibility.
As the go-to advisor on risk and compliance for our Customer & Business Assist team, you'll embed a culture of integrity, support change and projects, and build trust across the organisation while keeping risk management relevant, simple and fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities- Manage operational risk and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess risks.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Experience in managing risk and compliance in operational environments.
