Position Overview
We are seeking a Solicitor to join our esteemed Workplace Relations & Safety team in Sydney. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with complex legal matters in the employment and safety sector.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2 – 4 Years PQE;
- Proven experience in a reputable employment and safety law practice;
- Comprehensive knowledge in providing legal advice on employment and safety issues, along with litigation experience;
- Strong understanding of safety law and risk management;
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills;
- A proactive approach to contributing to the growth of the practice.
Role Responsibilities
In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team that advises on significant construction and mining projects, tackling a variety of intricate legal challenges. You will have the opportunity to interact with clients and visit various work sites, gaining invaluable industry insights. Additionally, you will represent clients in safety and regulatory prosecutions, under the mentorship of our safety partner.
