Technical Services Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Services professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about electronics and problem-solving.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site remedial and preventative services on a wide range of electro-mechanical devices. You will work closely with our clients to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.

  • Service, maintain and install various equipment located within venues, clubs and pubs
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
  • Prioritize and manage work schedules to achieve excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong interest in electronics and experience servicing electronic equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also essential.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar technical services role
  • Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical devices and their maintenance requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes weekends and evenings
