About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Allied Health Assistant to join our Physiotherapy Department at Caulfield Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to our physiotherapists in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physiotherapists with assessments and treatments, including exercise programs and mobility activities.
  • Coordinate and organize services upon discharge, ensuring seamless transitions for patients.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and equipment ordering, to support the smooth operation of the department.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide a responsive and flexible service that meets each client's therapeutic goals.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or higher qualification in Allied Health, Registered Nursing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting or working with a multidisciplinary health team is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
