About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Confectionary Specialist to join our manufacturing team at Mondelēz International. In this role, you will operate and maintain equipment to meet our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain at least one process or equipment following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards.
  • Use technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
  • Ensure safety processes are observed and quality assurance activities are performed.

Requirements

  • Machine operations experience with TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools.
  • Safety and quality standards for operating machinery.
  • Fluency in English language as appropriate to the site.
  • Collaborating well in a diverse work environment.
