As a key member of our retail marketing division, you will play a pivotal role in driving and ensuring first-class execution of client plans with the Sales and Merchandising teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and train Sales and Merchandising teams to achieve sales growth and high performance
  • Manage key relationships with Area and Zone Managers in the Grocery, Mass, and Convenience chains
  • Drive sales and fresh insights & ideas to enhance client plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in people/team management in Retail or Field Marketing
  • Ability to coach and facilitate training in a sales environment
  • Strong time and priority management skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Confidence to manage a team remotely
