Job Title: Marketing And Events Coordinator

This is a pivotal role in amplifying our message and reaching the right audience through integrated marketing campaigns and coordinating events that leave a lasting impact.

  • Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Develop, promote, and deliver a range of events for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, such as content, graphics, and promotional assets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and on schedule.
  • Research and identify relevant events, conferences, expos, and school engagements that align with strategic objectives and target audiences.
  • Manage the booking and registration process, including negotiation of sponsorships, exhibitor spaces, or speaking opportunities.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for participation in events, including materials, staffing, presentations, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination, with a track record of managing large and small events successfully.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and advertising campaign planning.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines autonomously.
