Job Description

We are seeking a professional to work with students and staff across various departments to implement personalised academic adjustments and promote equitable academic success and inclusive practice.

The Role

This position will be responsible for ensuring equitable access to education for students with disability, medical or mental health conditions, neurodivergence, or carers. This includes meeting with students regularly and determining recommended adjustments and supports under broad direction and in alignment with policies and legislation.

  • Work closely with students to develop individualised Learning Access Plans and collaborate with staff on implementation.
  • Contribute to group/cohort programs to enhance student success and promote inclusive practice and universal design principles across the student lifecycle.
  • Maintain timely, accurate records using administrative systems and stay informed about current best practice in equity and disability fields.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence decisions and collaborate effectively.
