We are seeking a skilled leader to drive our research and equity agenda, overseeing key programs and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Oversee hospital training post accreditation aligned with AMC standards.
- Guide research projects that advance surgical education and healthcare equity.
- Disseminate research outcomes across academic and professional platforms.
- Foster high-performance team culture and stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements:
- PhD or equivalent postgraduate qualification in research.
- Proven leadership of complex research programs and teams.
- Strong experience in accreditation, quality assurance, and M&E frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Track record in securing funding and working with government and academic partners.
