Disability Team Leadership Opportunity

As a Disability Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with disabilities.

  • You will be responsible for mentoring and supporting a team of mental health and disability support workers to provide exceptional client experiences.
  • Monthly house meetings will be conducted to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • You will provide strategic leadership, championing change initiatives and promoting innovative approaches to support customer journeys.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in leading teams with a commitment to ongoing development to build team capability.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or knowledge and experience in the disability sector.
  • A minimum 3 years of team leading or house management experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that client needs are met and supported in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service delivery goals.
  • Managing COVID-safe practices and infection control requirements.
